Service Hours!
I did most of my service hours at Coal Ridge High School Kitchen. I did things like Prepared food with them, washed dishes, helped with serving lunch, stocked the freezer and cooler and pantrie, and helped with the paper work at the end of the days.
I learnded that when handling food always use gloves, and always sanitze your work area. Dont ever touch the food with out gloves on because bacteria can get in the food and kids could get sick. With serving the food you have to serve them all equaly, using boats, spoons. When stocking things you learn where everything goes, and how much things weight and how many portions there are of each thing. With helping with paper work, you do alot of typing and counting. Everything has to be close to right. Counting money isnt as hard as i thought, you learn how much you start with to how much youve gained and lost.
